  • Advised a $3 billion health care insurer in all Texas real estate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, development and leaseholds.
  • Obtained a summary judgment motion on behalf of a national insurer in conjunction with an employee embezzlement of more than a million dollars.
  • Represented an insurance company in a bankruptcy case.
  • Served as counsel for insurance carriers in bad faith actions.
  • Represented banking industry clients involving suits on their fidelity/surety bonds for theft or dishonesty by their employees or bank customers.
