Bell Nunnally has added attorney Stephen I. Iya as an associate and member of its Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Iya was previously with the New York City office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions, as well as advising businesses on general corporate matters. He has assisted a wide array of clients in industries including energy, cosmetics, electronics and professional services in deals ranging as high as $870M.

Iya is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., 2015) and Duke University (B.A., 2012).
