Bell Nunnally partners Larry Shosid and Jake Pollack and associate Natasha Gandhi represented Dallas-based capital markets advisory firm Metropolitan Capital Advisors (MCA) in its April sale to California-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap. MCA arranges debt and equity financing for commercial real estate on behalf of developers, investors and owners across the nation with a concentration in Texas and the Southwest. Founded in 1992, and with locations in Dallas and Denver, the firm has completed over $16 billion in transactions since its inception. Last year, MCA completed more than $650 million of debt and equity transactions across mixed-use, multifamily, retail, industrial, office and other property types. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
