Alferez, represented Morrison Brownsville Partners, LLC in the legal aspects of its November 15, 2022 sale of the Morrison Crossing Shopping Center in Brownsville, Texas. The seller’s affiliated management company, MCP Ventures, LLC, led the sale, spearheaded by its principal, Bill Morris. The 96,700 square foot retail center has a number of notable tenants, including Conn’s HomePlus, Cavender’s Western Outfitter, Dollar Tree, Texas National Bank, CiCi’s Pizza and Jason’s Deli. The deal was brokered by Tom Salanty of NAI Robert Lynn.
