Bell Nunnally Represents Seller in $85M Cold Storage Warehouses Deal

Bell Nunnally Partner Larry L. Shosid and Associate Natasha Gandhi, together with Wheeler & Wheeler, P.C. Managing Partner Keith Wheeler, represented AM-C Warehouse in its $85M sale to Americold Realty Trust of two North Texas cold storage warehouses consisting of an 8.6 million cubic foot facility in Mansfield, Texas and a 5.2 million cubic foot facility in Grand Prairie, Texas.
