Perez authored the Dallas Business Journal article “What the $2 trillion CARES Act means for small businesses, employees when it comes to relief.” The piece explores the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act — a $2 trillion relief package aimed at alleviating some of the economic disruptions many Americans are currently facing as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
