Detail oriented and a strategic thinker, Nathan is a born problem solver. He has always loved applying logic and strategy to his pursuits, and it’s that mentality that drives him to find winning solutions to each client’s individual challenge.
Nathan delves into the intricacies of each client’s business to tailor legal strategies that align with clients’ business and legal priorities. He has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including trying cases before juries, judges and arbitration panels, as well as handling appeals.
Nathan’s practice focuses on prosecuting and defending claims in complex commercial and business ownership disputes involving breach of contract, business torts and misappropriation of trade secrets. Nathan also defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in state and federal court and before agencies such as the Texas Workforce Commission and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
After graduating law school, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske, in the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. During his time with the Court, Nathan worked on a variety of civil cases, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, patent and trademark infringement, constitutional claims and complex commercial litigation.
